It's a timetable that outlines start and end dates and milestones that must be met for the project to be completed on time. Platinum Project Management schedulers use a work breakdown structure (WBS) to identify and assign work to project team members. Our scheduling team works closely with the project managers and project controllers to deliver a complete project tracking tool to allow transparent evaluation by the team and the client to deliver successful projects.
