PROJECT SCHEDULING
Our Scheduling team are experienced practitioners who can work with Primivera P6 and Mirosoft Schedue to build an integrated schedule that will track, forecast and deliver quality data analysis through out the project lifecycle. Our project schedules indicates what needs to be done, which resources must be utilized, and when the project is due. It's a timetable that outlines start and end dates and milestones that must be met for the project to be completed on time. Platinum Project Management schedulers use a work breakdown structure (WBS) to identify and assign work to project team members. Our scheduling team works closely with the project managers and project controllers to deliver a complete project tracking tool to allow transparent evaluation by the team and the client to deliver successful projects.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Our construction management services team are experts in construction management and value to a clients projects by coordinating a project from end-to-end. This approach delivers superior project performance by providing input into the design and construction of the projects. This allows our team to ensure projects are completed more efficiently through early risk management in the planning process, understanding design and physical project constraints to overcome hurdles to deliver a final project that meets all client requirements.
